Our Classes

Every CrossFit Show Low class is designed to build your mind and your body while being sneakily disguised as a good time! Led by our incredible trainers, you’re sure to find a class (or two, or three) that you love. Don’t worry that any of these are too tough for you. Every workout is scaled to your ability. So YES, you CAN do this!
  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • On-Ramp

    Every new CrossFitter begins in our On-Ramp course. You’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the regular CrossFit classes.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Show Low offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.

  • 6-Week Challenge Class

    Got a wedding, special event, or tropical vacation coming up and you want to look your best? Our 6-Week Challenge Class gives you a month and a half of efficient, effective, Bootcamp-style workouts to get you in shape on a deadline.

  • Kid Fit

    Who says adults get to have all the fun? Kid Fit teaches children ages 7-11 the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out during the summer break. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. Kid Fit provides children with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your little athlete will do better on the field and in the classroom.

  • Youth Football Fit

    Youth Football Fit helps young players get conditioned for the trials they’ll face on the football field. This 6-week class is perfect for pre- or post-season training to gain new skills, overcome obstacles, and build strengths that lead to better performance, self-esteem, and scores.

  • Crossfit Lite

    CrossFit Lite is perfect for beginning athletes or those who want a less intense, but still fun and effective, workout.
